2 weeks out communication, beginning with a Kick Off Meeting Rehearsal coordination (up to 1 hour) Wedding day management (up to 12 hours) Weddings over 100 guests will add a day-of assistant Receiving vendors and managing arrivals Master timeline execution Managing vendors: hair & makeup, photography, catering, officiant, music On-site execution and troubleshooting Venue readiness and timing management
